Replacement Ride Remote Battery.
If your remote is out of the one-year manufacturer warranty period, we can provide an out of warranty battery replacement service.
The cost of this service includes the replacement battery and labor for the replacement. The cost paid for shipping at checkout is for the return shipment of your repaired remote.
Once this service is purchased, our support staff will create an RMA and email you the instructions to have the remote sent to our repair facility.
If you would prefer to have a battery sent out to you (soldering is required), please add in the order notes: “Please ship Ride Secure Remote Battery”
* Please note: the battery does require soldering to replace as it soldered to the remote circuit board itself.
