Scorpio TRX-9 (SRX Add-on/Replacement Remote) is a replacement remote for the SRX-900/SRX-950 security systems.
The TRX-9 remote incorporates an interactive LCD display that instantly confirms all commands and alarm triggers with easy to understand icons and text. In addition, the TRX-9 uses an impact resistant case as well as a built-in rechargeable battery. The TRX-9 also incorporates hands free arming and disarming by utilizing RFID technology.
This remote will need to be encoded to the alarm system you currently have(SRX900/SRX950). This remote comes with a USB style charging cord, and encoding instructions. There is also a video on how to do this at the following link. Remote encoding Video
*This remote includes a USB charger and is only to be recharged with the provided USB cable, connecting our older Ac 120V style charger will cause irreversible damage to the remote*
*This remote is only compatible with the SRX-900/SRX-950 security systems
* While the SRX-900 and SR-i900 look very similar, you can tell if you have the SRX-900/SRX-950 if you look at the side of the main alarm module. As you can see from the image below the SRX-900/SRX-950 has “SRX-9xxxxx” laser engraved on the side.
